IBYKUS presents itself as an innovative employer in the region.

IBYKUS AG exhibited its id-Force® idea management software at the Thuringian Innovation Day, held at the Erfurt Exhibition Center on 8 December.

On the occasion of the award of the XII. Thuringian Innovation Prize, more than 120 companies from the region exhibited their innovative products and services. This exhibition is regarded as the shop window for innovation in Thuringia, and of course IBYKUS has its place there. As ideas are the foundation stones of innovations, IBYKUS used this opportunity to present its idea management software to exhibition visitors.

Many schoolchildren and students also came to the innovation exhibition to look for potential employers,training opportunities, and find about the various ways of getting on the first step of the career ladder. 

IBYKUS personnel spoke to many young people on the id-Force® stand, and told them about the various fields of activity of an IT service provider.

This annual Innovation Day is organized by the Stiftung für Technologie, Innovation und Forschung Thüringen (Thuringian Foundation for Technology, Innovation and Research), and offers IBYKUS a good opportunity to get to know potential young employees. Anika Schöps, the id-Force® product manager,expressed her delight at the great response, "I was most impressed by the high quality of the discussions that we had. We regard the interest that visitors to our stand showed both in our product and in our company as a very positive sign."
